The short version
I collect what I need to send you a parcel and nothing else. Your card never touches this site. I don't sell your data, and you can have it deleted whenever you like.
What I collect
Your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. If you join the newsletter, just your email. That's it. I don't ask for a birthday or a phone number.
Your card details
I never see them. Checkout runs on Snipcart and payments are handled by Stripe; the card number goes straight to them and never touches this site.
Who else touches your data
Snipcart and Stripe to take the order and the payment, Cloudflare to serve the site, and the shipping carrier to get the parcel to you. Nobody else, and I don't sell or trade anything to anyone.
Order emails are sent because you bought something. Newsletter emails only go out if you asked for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Cookies
One cookie to remember your cart. Basic, aggregated traffic counts so I know which drops people looked at: no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels.
How long I keep it
Order records for seven years because tax rules say so. Newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. Anything else, until it stops being useful.
Your rights
Email me and I'll tell you everything I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion covers everything except order records I'm legally required to keep.
Kids
The shop isn't intended for anyone under 13, and I don't knowingly collect anything from them.
