Pre-orders in three lines
Where I ship
US and Canada for now. Canadian orders may be held for duties, which are yours to pay. If you're elsewhere and want something badly, email me and I'll quote you.
How long shipping takes
Once a piece ships it's 3 to 6 business days in the US, 7 to 12 to Canada. Free US shipping over $40, otherwise $5 flat. Everything in one order ships together on the latest date in it; email me if you'd rather split it.
If a pre-order runs late
I'll email you with a new date as soon as I know. If the piece hasn't shipped within six weeks of its stated date, I refund you in full without you having to ask. You can also cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any point before it ships.
Returns
30 days from delivery for anything unworn and in its box, including pre-orders. Message me first and I'll send a return label. Refunds land in about five business days after the parcel gets back to me.
What I can't take back
Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or wrong. Sale pieces marked final. If something breaks in the first month, that's not a return, that's me replacing it.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within seven days of delivery and I'll replace it or refund you, your choice. You won't pay return shipping on my mistake.
